💨 Abstract
The DA has launched a billboard campaign criticizing BEE, claiming it benefits only politically connected elites. The party proposes replacing it with the *Economic Inclusion for All Bill*, which focuses on job creation, skills development, and poverty reduction. DA’s Johannesburg mayoral candidate, Helen Zille, argued that race-based policies fail to address poverty effectively. The DA claims BEE has not empowered the poor, with 12 million unemployed and 44 million struggling to afford food.
