💨 Abstract
The V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is constructing a R230 million superyacht marina hub called Quay 7 Superyacht Marina. Located at the existing harbour precinct, it will feature eight berths for vessels up to 90 meters, with amenities like electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and fuel. The hub will support both peak-season superyacht visits and off-season catamaran manufacturing.
