💨 Abstract
Despite being below 60% capacity, six major dams in the Western Cape, including Theewaterskloof and Voëlvlei, have seen a slight increase due to recent rainfall. The combined storage is now at 59.2%, marginally up from the previous week. This rise comes as a respite but remains lower than the same period last year, reminding residents of the 2017-2018 "Day Zero" water crisis.
