💨 Abstract
Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus has brought forward the team's training camp ahead of the Rugby Championship. This change allows the team to align coaches, improve player conditioning, and assess medical aspects. Despite a successful July international series, Erasmus seeks to better prepare for tougher competition against Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina. The Rugby Championship series begins in mid-August.
