Kaizer Chiefs advanced to the CAF Confederation Cup group stage for the first time in 12 years after a 3-1 victory over AS Simba in the second-round qualifiers. The goals came from Etiosa Ighodaro (3'), Zitha Kwinika (14'), and Glody Lilepo (26') in the first half, securing their progression following a 0-0 draw in the first leg.
