💨 Abstract
Mamelodi Sundowns have extended the contract of their sporting director, Flemming Berg, for two more years. The Danish executive, known for his successful tenure at the Danish Football Association, will continue influencing Sundowns' growth strategy. Notably, Berg's new contract excludes a controversial clause that previously gave him a share of transfer fees from players developed in Sundowns' youth structures. He opted to remove this to avoid conflicts of interest and legal issues.
