Hundreds gathered in Bloubergstrand for a paddle-out ceremony to honor Graham Howes, a local kite surfer who went missing and was later found deceased. The community, including fellow kite surfers and volunteers, came together to pay their respects on the water, reflecting Howes' love for the ocean. The Howes family expressed gratitude for the support and rescue efforts, requesting privacy during their mourning.
