💨 Abstract
Lichtenstein Castle, located in Hout Bay, Cape Town, is a replica of Germany’s Schloss Lichtenstein, built by German-born businessman Reynier Fritz in the 1980s. The six-storey castle, featuring luxurious interiors and panoramic views, was later converted into a guesthouse. Rumors persist that Fritz’s spirit haunts the castle, though no evidence supports this.
