💨 Abstract
Octopus Energy, the UK's largest energy supplier, has altered its Octoplus loyalty scheme, releasing daily codes for free hot drinks at Greggs or Caffe Nero instead of weekly. This change, intended to give customers more chances to claim codes, has sparked confusion and complaints. Some customers find it harder to secure codes, as they are now snapped up quickly in the morning. Despite these issues, the number of free hot drink codes remains the same.
