Ofcom's latest report reveals the best and worst customer service in broadband and mobile providers. O2 and Vodafone ranked lowest in mobile satisfaction, while Tesco Mobile and giffgaff led with 94%. O2 had the longest call waiting time, while Lebara had the shortest. In broadband, TalkTalk scored lowest at 77%, and Plusnet scored highest at 91%. Overall, customer complaints and waiting times have slightly improved.
