💨 Abstract
A major charity, Scope, is closing three more of its shops—Taunton, Bromley, and Portsmouth—by June due to escalating costs and declining footfall. Initially, Scope considered shutting 77 of its 138 stores. Debbie Boylen, head of retail at Scope expressed the difficulty and said that they know the impact of the shutdown on colleagues and volunteers.
