💨 Abstract
A 27-ton mountain of rotting waste was illegally dumped on Watery Lane in Lichfield, Staffordshire, blocking residents and businesses. The waste, longer than two double-decker buses, was highly odorous and inaccessible. A man from Uttoxeter and a company near Stafford face multiple charges, including obstructing the highway and endangering road users.
