💨 Abstract
Kim Jong-un has condemned a "serious accident" where a new 5,000-ton warship was severely damaged during its launch in Chongjin. The vessel, branded the Choe Hyon, tumbled into the water, crushing parts of its hull. Kim labeled the event a "criminal act" due to "absolute carelessness," vowing punishment. The warship, equipped with advanced weapons, was intended to bolster North Korea’s naval power.
