💨 Abstract
Sharon Simes, 53, survived a 2015 ISIS attack in Tunisia that killed 38 people, including 30 Brits. She later faced a rare form of breast cancer, diagnosed in 2019. After her double mastectomy and reconstruction, cancer returned in 2023 as a more aggressive form. Despite her struggles, Sharon remains resilient, finding solace in butterflies and spiritual protection.
