💨 Abstract

A drunk woman, Shannon Quinn, was refused entry to a club after she spat at a bouncer, hurled racial slurs, and threatened his family. She pleaded guilty to several charges, including racially aggravated harassment. Quinn had lost several family members and claimed that she had been drinking excessively. She was given a community order, a restraining order, and fines, but avoided jail.
