💨 Abstract
Charlotte May Lee, a 21-year-old Brit, is in Sri Lanka's "hellish" Welikada Prison after allegedly smuggling £1.2 million worth of synthetic drug kush into the country. Charlotte, who claims she didn't know about the drugs, believes they were planted in her luggage. She was preparing to meet a mysterious man named Rocko. Her friends are concerned about her conditions in prison, including limited access to medication and poor hygiene facilities.
