💨 Abstract

Nusakambangan Island, known as "Indonesia’s Alcatraz," is notorious for its harsh conditions and frequent executions. Inmates on death row endure overcrowded cells, meager rations, and psychological torment. With minimal legal aid and family contact, prisoners face severe isolation and mistreatment. The island's prisons, including Narkotika and Karanganyar, are infamous for their brutal conditions.
