💨 Abstract
Britain experienced its sunniest spring since records began in 1910, with 630 hours of sunshine from March 1 to May 27. Temperatures are expected to rise, reaching up to 27°C (80.6°F) by Saturday. While the southeast will enjoy the best weather, some rain is forecast for western areas and Wales.
