💨 Abstract
A British flight attendant, Charlotte May Lee, was arrested in Sri Lanka for allegedly smuggling £1.2 million worth of synthetic cannabis (kush). She was caught with 46kg of the drug, which is highly potent and dangerous. Lee claims she had no knowledge of the drugs in her luggage, believing they were planted. If convicted, she faces up to 25 years in prison. The drug, known for its addictive properties and deadly consequences, has been spreading globally.
