💨 Abstract
During a race at Donington Park, Julian Grimwade, a driver and former Vice Chairman of Members at the Brooklands Museum, died in a crash. The accident happened on the first lap while he was driving an Oakland Romano Special. Separately, driver Dai Roberts also passed away after an incident at the Jim Clark Rally. Both deaths occurred during licensed track events, and no criminal investigations are underway. UK's motorsport community is in mourning.
