💨 Abstract

Île d’Yeu is a 12-square-mile French island off the western coast featuring pictureque buildings, quiet sandy beaches, and unspoilt coastlines. It offers two harbours, vibrant Port Joinville, and over 30 beaches, including popular Plage des Vieilles. Rich in culture dating back to prehistoric times, it features landmarks like the Trembling Stone and Vieux Chateau.
