💨 Abstract
Center Parcs has unveiled plans for a new holiday village in the Scottish Borders, three miles north of Hawick. The proposal, set to be submitted this summer, includes around 700 lodges, a subtropical swimming paradise, a spa, and various outdoor activities. The estimated investment is between £350 million and £400 million, aiming to create over 1,000 permanent jobs and boost local businesses.
