Former "The Only Way Is Essex" star James Argent, 37, was convicted of pushing his girlfriend Nicoline Artursson, 32, down the stairs during a holiday in Spain. Before his arrest, Argent planned to move abroad with Artursson, possibly to Marbella. The incident occurred on May 5, leading to his arrest and a subsequent admission of domestic violence. Argent received a six-month suspended sentence and a two-year restraining order.
