đ¨ Abstract
The Arlington County Board approved a major redevelopment project at 2601 Columbia Pike in Arlington, Virginia. The project, named "The Elliott," will feature a 6-story mixed-use building with 271 apartments and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space. It will replace the Fillmore Gardens shopping center. The redevelopment plan includes converting a parking lot into part of an expanded Penrose Park.
