💨 Abstract
Australian rugby player David Porecki, 32, announced his immediate retirement due to a heel injury. His career spanned five seasons in Britain and a return to Australia with the New South Wales Waratahs. Porecki made his test debut in 2022 and captained the Wallabies at the 2023 Rugby World Cup. His last match was against the British and Irish Lions on July 26, 2025.
