💨 Abstract
On July 7, 2025 the reconstruction of Baltimore's Key Bridge, collapsed in 2024, will commence, with a planned completion in 2028. Demolition involving heavy machinery will take several months, avoiding detonations. The $2 billion project enhances the bridge design for better navigation. The federal government has fully funded the project.
