The article reports on the aftermath of the 2022 explosion at the Potomac Oaks Condominiums in Gaithersburg, Maryland, which killed one person and injured several others, leaving dozens homeless. The St. Jour family, who survived the explosion, recently returned to their rebuilt condo. Sarah St. Jour shared her harrowing experience of being awakened by the blast and rushing out with her young daughter, Avah.
