đ¨ Abstract
The Communications Workers of America (CWA) has reached a tentative labor agreement with ZeniMax Media, covering 300 quality assurance workers. Key points include wage increases, protections against arbitrary dismissal, and policies on AI use and game maker credits. The tentative agreement will be voted on by June 20, marking a significant step if ratified, as over 2,000 Microsoft video game workers have joined CWA.
