💨 Abstract
A federal appeals court ruled that the government can continue collecting President Trump's import taxes while legal challenges proceed. The court deemed the case of "exceptional importance" and will expedite it, with arguments set for July 31. The tariffs, imposed on numerous countries, have disrupted global trade and business operations. A lower court had previously ruled that Trump overstepped his authority in implementing these tariffs.
