💨 Abstract
Lululemon has filed a lawsuit against Costco, alleging that the wholesale club is selling unauthorized duplicates of its popular athleisure clothing, such as Scuba hoodies and Define jackets. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, accuses Costco of "unlawfully trading" on Lululemon's reputation by selling these knockoff products.
