💨 Abstract
In Maryland's fiscal year 2025, gambling revenue reached $1.589 billion for state programs, including strong performances from the lottery, casinos, and sports betting. The Maryland Lottery had its fourth-best year with $2.6 billion in sales, contributing $667 million to state programs, mostly public schools. Casinos generated $1.965 billion, contributing $831.3 million primarily to education.
