An 18-year-old McLean man, Kianmehr Shirinipaziziba, faces multiple charges after allegedly shooting a man in Herndon, Virginia, leading to the victim's death. Initially charged with second-degree murder, additional charges include firearm use during a felony, reckless firearm handling, public discharge, and shooting from a vehicle. The incident occurred on May 23, with the suspect turning himself in to authorities. Police confirmed the public threat is contained.
