Robert Friedrichs, an 81-year-old historian and retired scientist, spent over 20 years uncovering the true identity of "Miss Atomic Bomb," a showgirl associated with Las Vegas' nuclear tourism era while researching the grand opening of the Atomic Museum in Las Vegas. The woman known as "Miss Atomic Bomb" was a showgirl photographed in the 1950s for a nuclear tourism ad.
