Washington D.C.'s Attorney General Brian Schwalb has filed a lawsuit against Women in H.E.E.L.S., an anti-violence nonprofit, and its former CEO Ikeia Hardy. The suit alleges that Hardy misused $57,302.48 of grant money for personal use and that the organization failed to account for nearly $360,000 in funds.
