The D.C. Council will vote on August 1 on a revised agreement to redevelop the RFK Stadium site, working with the Washington Commanders to modify Mayor Muriel Bowser’s original deal. The new terms include $414 million in revenue for the District over 30 years and an additional $260 million from non-stadium event day parking, along with a $20 million transportation improvement fund. The alterred deal is projected to cost $3.7
