💨 Abstract
“ Bryan Kohberger, the suspect in the murders of four University of Idaho students, has agreed to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty, disappointing the victims' families. The families found the deal unexpected. Law enforcement and prosecutors must submit to plea procedurally while investigating and prosecuting the case leading to the decision. Kohberger, a former criminal justice graduate student, was arrested after DNA evidence linked him to the crime scene.
