💨 Abstract

Billy Joel has canceled his upcoming concerts due to Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, a condition causing fluid buildup in his brain that has affected his hearing, vision, and balance. He is undergoing physical therapy and has been advised not to perform while recovering. Joel, 76, had previously undergone surgery in March and was expected to fully recover. His current condition requires treatment with a tube to drain excess fluid and possible additional physical therapy. Tickets for his canceled summer shows will be refunded.
