💨 Abstract

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was released from a New Mexico prison after completing an 18-month sentence for involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of "Rust." The shooting occurred when actor Alec Baldwin pointed a gun at Hutchins, killing her. Gutierrez-Reed, the movie armorer, was convicted for bringing live ammunition onto the set and failing to follow safety protocols.
