💨 Abstract
Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business partners of Priscilla Presley, have sued her for over $50 million, alleging fraud and breach of contract. They claim Presley used them to exploit her name and image, hiding a 2005 deal where she sold these rights. Kruse and Fialko accuse Presley of taking advantage of her daughter’s 2023 death to gain control of Elvis Presley’s estate.
