💨 Abstract
Slovenia has imposed a ban on the import, export, and transit of all weapons to and from Israel, becoming the first EU member to do so due to Israel's actions in Gaza. This decision is largely a diplomatic move rather than an economic one, as Slovenia has minimal arms trade with Israel. The ban follows Slovenia's previous actions, including banning Israeli ministers and recognizing Palestinian statehood.
