McKenzie Cain is suing Monster Beverage Corp. after allegedly finding a dead mouse in a Monster Energy drink can she purchased. She claims she suffered emotional distress, trauma, and physical illness. The lawsuit, transferred to federal court, alleges negligence and breach of implied warranty, seeking at least $25,000 in damages. Monster Beverage has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
