On Tuesday, Israeli forces killed at least 27 Palestinians who were heading to an aid distribution site in Gaza, marking the third such incident in three days. The Israeli military stated that it fired near "individual suspects" who deviated from the designated route and approached its forces. The UN has criticized the aid distribution system, asserting that it allows Israel to use aid as a weapon. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which operates the sites, denied any violence at the distribution points.
