💨 Abstract
Caroline Mohamadi, a 10th grader at Sidwell Friends School, started "Play it Forward," a club that collects and distributes used sports equipment, addressing the financial barrier of sports participation. The club, with 30 members, has gathered around 900 pieces of equipment worth about $50,000. Inspired by her internship at a nonprofit, Mohamadi aims to expand the club's efforts to include financial support for training.
