💨 Abstract
The largest Salvadoran festival in the D.C. region, "Salvadoreñisimo Festival," has been canceled due to fears of immigration policy enforcement. The event, scheduled for September at the Montgomery County Agricultural Fairgrounds, typically attracts thousands of attendees for music, comedy, and food. Organizers cited potential U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids as the reason for the cancellation.
