💨 Abstract
Caption Catherine Hoggle, declared incompetent to stand trial, was reindicted on two counts of first-degree murder in the 2014 disappearances of her children. Now 46, Hoggle was moved to Montgomery County Correctional Facility on Thursday and returns for a bond hearing. She was last indicted in 2017, but those charges were dismissed in 2022 due to Maryland's five-year competency rule.
