💨 Abstract
At the Smithsonian's National Zoo in D.C., a 1-year-old flamingo named Parker has become a regular at daily staff meetings. Arriving in October 2024, Parker was initially shy but has since formed a close bond with her keepers. The zoo's "Matt About Town" feature highlights Parker's journey to integrate with the flock and her adorable relationship with her human caretakers.
