Charles Lunn, a nonverbal autistic man from Bethesda, Maryland, is having his first art exhibition titled "Nonsense & Hopeful Songs: My Inner Fight to be Heard" at the Lost Origins Gallery in Mount Pleasant. Lunn uses painting and poetry to communicate emotions, social commentary, and daily experiences. His mother, Lorie Peters-Lotier, highlights his ability to express profound thoughts through art despite his body-brain disconnect.
