đź’¨ Abstract
Brothers Maximus and Jay Cole Devinney, along with friend Natalie Sidawy, founded Waves4Change to make competitive swimming more accessible. Inspired by the impact of receiving a tech suit, they collect and donate used swim gear, aiming to reduce financial barriers and promote water safety. Within a year, they've gathered $108,000 worth of donations and plan to expand nationwide.
