💨 Abstract
A second investor, William Duplessie, 32, has surrendered to police in New York regarding the kidnapping and torture of a 28-year-old Italian man. The victim was held and tortured for weeks in an upscale Manhattan townhouse, allegedly to obtain the password to his Bitcoin. He escaped after giving up the password, and the townhouse was found to contain evidence of torture, drugs, and weapons.
