💨 Abstract
A federal judge in Pennsylvania, Stephanie Haines, ruled that President Donald Trump can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan members of the Tren de Aragua gang. This is the first time a federal judge has approved Trump's proclamation designating Tren de Aragua as a foreign terrorist organization. Judge Haines also mandated that the administration provide at least 21 days' notice before deportation.
